Glendale is a city that's part of Los Angeles County and has the largest Arminian community of all the United States. The Kardashians must have a lot of relatives here.

Welcome to the Glendale community!
In fact, Glendale is not only the largest Arminian community in the U.S., it is the largest Arminian community outside of Armenia. They are all very well integrated into this city.

Back in 2013, this place was ranked as the neighborhood of the year by the readers and editors of curbed.com One of the editors even commented:  "I've become more of a fan of Glendale over the past year. Not so much the conspicuous-consumption, Americana-fiction of it—the bucolic, Meatball the Bear-type aspects of it. Plus it's got a pretty decent stock of architecturally significant homes (e.g., Lautner's Schaffer House; Lloyd Wright's Derby House) that would be way more expensive if they were located further west."

Glendale is a super important location for the entertainment and animation industry. When the Walt Disney Company felt the need to expand, they did it with Glendale on their minds. This is how they arrived at the Glendale's Grand Central Business Centre. Today, they have Disney's Grand Central Creative Campus, the place where even Marvel's adventures are animated.

If you like movies, especially the animated ones, then you probably heard about DreamWorks, an animation studio that has produced amazing movies like Shrek, Antz, Trolls, KongFu Panda, and many others. They also have a spot on the Grand Central Business Centre.

Top things to do in Glendale:

If you are into nature and green spaces, you must visit Brand Park. This is a 31-acre park that is nestled at the base of the Verdugo Mountains. The park offers hiking and biking trails, basketball court, softball field, picnic areas, children's playground, and seasonal children's wading pool. In addition, the park has several picnic areas, which provide a relaxing setting for an afternoon setting. You will also find here the Brand Studios, the Friendship Garden, The Brand Library and the Doctors House Museum.

You can also visit Forest Lawn Memorial Park. This Forest Lawn location has been a Southern California landmark since 1906. It has a world-renowned art museum, extraordinary statuary, and the Hall of the Crucifixion-Resurrection, home of two of the largest religious paintings in the western hemisphere. There is definitely more than crematories and funerals to this place.

For some sparkly fun, you can visit the Museum of Neon Art (MONA). This place encourages learning, curiosity, and expression through the preservation, collection, and interpretation of neon, electric and kinetic art. Neon is a gateway between scientific principles and artistic expression. The Museum of Neon Art is the only museum in the world devoted exclusively to art in electric media, exhibiting electric and kinetic fine art, and outstanding examples of historic neon signs, for over three decades.

If you are looking forward to a shopping spree, then there are two amazing places here that you need to check out:
The Americana at Brand is a large outdoor shopping community. The architecture of this place represents the industrial era and makes an incredible combination of nature, open-air spaces, and constructions. You will feel like you are shopping on the backyard of a millionaire's mansion.

But if you are a mall kind of person we have an option for you. You must visit the Glendale Galleria. A cool thing about this place is that here you can find the first Apple and Disney stores of the world. A very fancy place to enjoy with your credit card or to enjoy a nice coffee with a special someone.
