* Our departure point, Pier 78 at Hudson River Park.* Our first stop along the route. We pause in the water for a photo op. Note that you do NOT leave the boat. Rising from Liberty Island, this symbol of freedom stands 305 feet tall. Lady Liberty was a gift from France in 1886 representing democracy and friendship between the two nations.
