- Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

- Room Details All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what rooms are available at the hotel on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. Avoid traveling in a different bus? ：If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
- Weight Limit Notice for Helicopter/Plane Tours:The maximum weight per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg). Guests over this limit may be subject to extra fees or denied boarding by the operator.Additional charges are the guest's responsibility. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded.
